Senior National Sales Manager – ICT & Security Solutions

Key Responsibilities

1. National Sales & Business Development

• Drive national sales strategy for IT & Communication Solutions

• Lead business growth in:

o Networking (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Telephony, Video Conferencing)

o Cybersecurity (Firewalls) would be plus

o Physical Security Solutions (CCTV/IP Surveillance, Fire Alarm Systems, Access

Control, PA Systems, Boom Barriers)

• Identify new enterprise opportunities and expand existing key accounts

• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure

• Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and collection targets

2. Enterprise Account & Stakeholder Management

• Map and build relationships with OEM ,IT, Security, Purchase, Finance & CXO-level

stakeholders

• Drive strategic engagement with large enterprise and government accounts

• Ensure long-term customer retention and account growth

• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions

3. Solution Selling & Technical Alignment

• Understand complex customer requirements (IT + Security infrastructure)

• Position integrated technical and commercial solutions

• Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams

• Deliver high-impact presentations, demos, proposals, and bids

4. Sales Planning & Governance

• Develop national sales plans and GTM(Go to Market) strategies

• Forecast monthly revenue and manage weekly sales commitments

• Maintain strong pipeline discipline and reporting

• Monitor business KPIs and performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience

✔ Experience

• 15–20 years of proven success in ICT / IT Infrastructure / Security Solutions sales

• Strong exposure to Enterprise & Direct (B2B) Sales

• Experience handling Pan-India or multi-regional sales operations

• Demonstrated success in high-value, complex solution selling

✔ Technical Knowledge

Strong working knowledge of:

• Networking Technologies

• Video Surveillance / CCTV

• Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)

• Access Control & Integrated Security Systems

✔ Leadership Competencies

• Strategic thinking & revenue ownership

• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
