Job Description:
Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and optimizing Salesforce functionalities to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis – Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Process Optimization – Evaluate and enhance business processes using Salesforce automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
Data Management & Reporting – Ensure data integrity, create reports/dashboards, and analyze key business metrics.
Customization & Configuration – Work with Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, and Record Types to tailor Salesforce to business needs.
User Training & Support – Conduct training sessions and create documentation to drive Salesforce adoption.
Collaboration with Development Teams – Work with developers on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations to implement custom solutions.
Testing & Quality Assurance – Perform UAT, regression testing, and ensure system enhancements meet business goals.
Required Skills:
Strong Salesforce knowledge – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and SOQL/SOSL queries.
Experience in business process mapping and gap analysis.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
