Job Category: IT & Software
Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: Bangalore
Salary: Up to 15 LPA
Years of Experience: 5 years

Lead the development of high-fidelity, data-driven Digital Twins for Real Estate, Architecture, and Automotive applications. This role goes beyond static visualization—you will be responsible for building living, interactive, and real-time digital environments that integrate live data streams, BIM/CAD models, and advanced visualization systems. You will play a key role in designing scalable digital twin architectures that enable real-time decision-making for stakeholders through immersive 3D environments, dashboards, and simulations.

  1. Digital Twin Architecture & Development
    ● Lead the development of large-scale Digital Twins using Unreal Engine.
    ● Integrate real-time data sources including APIs, IoT streams, and telemetry into Unreal environments.
    ● Design systems that reflect real-world asset behavior in real time.
    ● Build interactive dashboards and simulations for operational and analytical use cases.
  2. Data Visualization & Interactivity
    ● Design and implement real-time data overlays, heatmaps, and analytics-driven visual layers.
    ● Develop advanced interaction features such as “X-ray” views for architectural, mechanical, and automotive systems.
    ● Enable intuitive user interactions for complex datasets within 3D environments.
  3. High-Fidelity Rendering & Performance Optimization
    ● Utilize Unreal Engine 5 features including Lumen and Nanite for photorealistic output.
    ● Optimize performance for large, complex scenes without compromising visual quality.
    ● Balance realism, scalability, and runtime efficiency across platforms.
  4. BIM / CAD Data Pipeline Integration
    ● Streamline ingestion of BIM and CAD data from tools such as Revit, Rhino, and CAD software using Datasmith.
    ● Ensure accurate geometry, materials, metadata, and hierarchy preservation.
    ● Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to maintain data integrity.
  5. Pixel Streaming & Deployment
    ● Deploy Unreal Engine applications via Pixel Streaming for browser-based access.
    ● Optimize streaming performance, latency, and scalability.
    ● Enable remote stakeholder access to Digital Twins without local installations.
  6. Technical Leadership & Collaboration
    ● Act as a technical lead for Unreal Engine and Digital Twin initiatives.
    ● Collaborate with designers, architects, data engineers, and product teams.
    ● Guide best practices in Unreal workflows, asset pipelines, and optimization strategies.
    ● Support mentoring and technical decision-making across the team.
  7. Must-Haves
    ● 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Unreal Engine.
    ● Strong portfolio showcasing Digital Twins, ArchViz projects, or Automotive visualizations/configurators.
    ● Proven experience integrating Unreal Engine with external data sources (REST APIs, JSON, MQTT, or similar).
    ● Strong understanding of Blueprints, Unreal rendering pipelines, and interactive logic.
    ● Experience working with large, complex 3D environments.
  8. Highly Desirable
    ● Experience with geospatial tools such as Cesium for Unreal, ArcGIS, or GIS integrations.
    ● Strong background in technical art, including custom shaders, lighting systems, and material optimization.
    ● Familiarity with BIM workflows and industry standards.
    ● Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven or startup environments.
  9. Bonus Points:
    ● Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse for collaborative digital twin workflows.
    ● Strong C++ skills for Unreal Engine and custom plugin development.
    ● Exposure to simulation, real-time analytics, or industrial visualization use cases.
  10. Tools & Technologies:
    ● Engine: Unreal Engine 5
    ● Rendering: Lumen, Nanite
    ● Data Integration: REST APIs, JSON, MQTT
    ● BIM/CAD: Revit, Rhino, CAD tools, Datasmith
    ● Geospatial (Optional): Cesium, ArcGIS
    ● Deployment: Pixel Streaming
  11. Key Metrics You’ll Own:
    ● Stability and scalability of Digital Twin architectures
    ● Performance and visual fidelity of Unreal Engine applications
    ● Accuracy and reliability of real-time data integration
    ● Stakeholder usability and adoption
    ● Delivery timelines and technical quality
