Key Duties –
Responsible for any/all of the following processes in the Business Cycle Management:
a. Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services
to prospective buyers)
b. Setting Appointments
c. Conducting a Need Analysis (Gathering information about the customer)
d. Determining the Client’s Solution
e. Written Proposal/Document
f. Decision making, negotiation, and Deal closure
g. After Sales support
h. Identifying Cross-selling & Upselling Opportunities
Apart from the above-mentioned duties the candidate is also expected to:
Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective
onboarding of new clients.
Maintain a database of contact information.
Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.
Monitor the competitors’ products and services and create selling strategies for our
products and services.
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company and
nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship to generate recurring
revenue.
