Job Responsibilities :-

  1. To prepare, maintain and update the file and service book of staff.
  2. To maintain files of seniority of staff, their addresses, phone numbers and. e-mail address and general timetable.
  3. To distribute urgent work to subordinates appropriately and verification of. the same
  4. Provide assistance with filing, answering phones, processing payments,
  5. Offer general support to the administrative staff as needed.
  6. File management Documentation
  7. Visiting University for work purpose
    NOTE:- Desired candidate must have a 2 years commitment and need to submit one of the original documents
