Sr. Manager – Inside Sales

Team size – will lead a team of 10+ people
GM – Inside Sales is a leadership role and is core to our growth journey. We are
looking for people who are passionate about what they do, manage an army of tele/
inside sales team, deliver on business targets and ready to roll up their sleeves to
support the growth of the organization.
Lead & manage the entire inside/ tele sales vertical of the organization which
strives to deliver the business targets.
Managing the Inside Sales Team/ Process & Operations effectively. Setting
and tracking sales targets for the team.
Hire, train, cross skill & up skill and retain the best tele sales talent.
Own complete P&L of the tele sales vertical and formulate a data-driven
strategy for growth of the business
Monitoring Lead metrics, Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual prospect /
lead pipeline.
Design the inside sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to
achieve these goals for your teams
Ensuring Sales pipeline remains full with leads & prospects.
Lead generation, Research and discover methods to increase customer
engagement.
Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and
execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement
effective solutions
Support and develop relationships with key strategic partners and business
alliances
Shortlist avenues of future growth and zero in on effective channels through
structured data-driven experimentation
Graduate from a renowned university
Overall 10+ years of work experience, with minimum 4+ years of managing
a large inside/ tele sales team with a Cloud or SaaS company.
Ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment and
adopt a do-what-it-takes mindset
P&L ownership with excellent leadership & team management skills
