Qualification & Professional Experience:
- Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution, MBA preferred.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years (preferably from Telecom, Banking or Insurance sectors)
- Proven track record in appointing, managing and supporting franchisees or dealers
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of 10+ members, driving them towards business goals.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Expertise in franchise management, including capability building, retention and performance improvement
- Strategic thinker with experience in new market penetration and executing growth strategies.
- Proficient in brand building, marketing planning and budget management.
- Ability to influence and convince franchisees on marketing investments
- Analytical mindset for developing and exiting non-performing franchisees rom potential markets.
