Job Responsibilities:
- Preferably candidates from Banking, insurance or Telecom Should have handled a team of 8+ people
- Experience in franchise or dealer appointment.
- Total of 10 to 12 years’ experience, of which minimum 6 years relevant in the domains specified above.
- Handling and growing the SIP business in Andhra Pradesh by improving the Profitability of the state;
- Appoint New Franchisees
- Get New Admissions for all Franchisees, Retaining of existing Students
- Collection of Royalty and Kit amount along with other Marketing and Franchisee fees;
- Training of Cis; Events handling.
- Marketing Tie up with around 50 schools
- No of franchisees to be handled – Currently 23 centers
- Age below 40 years, applications invited from MALE APPLICANTS ONLY
The ideal candidate should have a very good communication skill and extensive knowledge of the AP market. The candidate should be willing to travel within the state & 10 to 12 days outside city.
