Job Description
- Proven experience as a NOC Technician or in a similar role within IT operations.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG).
- Knowledge of routing, switching, and network security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL) are a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
