Responsibilities:
Full-cycle Recruitment:

  • Assist in managing recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate
    onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills and fit for roles.
  • Explore various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and
    referrals.
    Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company
    culture.
    Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and
    feedback.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
    Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support reporting and analysis of recruitment activities.
    Market Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Contribute ideas for innovative recruitment strategies.
    Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic about learning IT recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
