Candidate must be currently working with snowflake projects and should be technically sound with Snowflake ecosystem.
The Snowflake Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery and implementation of Snowflake-based data solutions. The role requires strong experience in data analysis, Snowflake architecture, cloud platforms, and data engineering, combined with project leadership, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle of Snowflake-based data engineering projects.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and integrations.
• Build and optimize high-performance data models, schemas, and analytical SQL queries.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand source data, identify patterns, and drive informed design decisions.
• Work closely with data analysts to translate business requirements into analytical data sets, KPIs, dashboards, and insights.
• Integrate Snowflake with enterprise data sources, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and quality controls.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather analytical requirements and define reporting metrics.
• Monitor, optimize, and automate Snowflake storage, compute usage, and overall performance.
• Lead delivery planning, sprint execution, reporting, and milestone alignment.
• Provide guidance on Snowflake best practices, cloud architecture, and performance tuning.
• Maintain documentation for data models, lineage, analytical workflows, and transformations.
• Hands-on experience integrating with cloud storage and ETL tools (dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Airflow).
• Support real-time and batch analytical workloads within cloud ecosystems.
