Job Responsibilities:
- Overall business profitability: Appointing new franchisee/ New admission/ Retention/ Effective net students
- Capability building of franchisees to the next level of growth
- New market penetration strategy execution
- Brand Building/marketing Calendar / Marketing budget
- Influence & convince Franchisee for marketing spends
- Develop/ Exit non-performing franchise from the potential market
- Capability building of Area Heads
- State Profitability.
- The candidate should be willing to travel within the state
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree from any discipline, an MBA will be an added advantage
- Experience: 8 to 10 years from telecom / Banking / Insurance / FMCG with good experience in customer handling and franchise management.
- The candidate should have handled a team of at least 5 members is a MUST.
- Age below 40 years
- Languages to be known: English & Hindi
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a pre-requisite
