Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve
individual and team sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate
target markets and acquire new retail clients.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback,
and conduct performance reviews.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for
improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Assist team members in developing and executing account plans and sales
strategies for key prospects.
Participate in strategic sales meetings with Account Executives and key
prospects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience in sales, with a significant portion in selling
SaaS solutions to retail businesses.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team to
achieve and exceed targets.
Strong understanding of the retail industry, its challenges, and opportunities.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales
analytics tools.
